They were all amazing, from the front dest Ladies to the lady who did my impression, Sorry trying To remember her name but she was Sweet , carol my Hygienist, was so sweet and she did an Amazing job and Dr whyte Was very thorough, very nice and easy to talk to. O man, They are all sweethearts. will make an appointment for my daughter when she comes for the summer.

Everyone was very kind and nice. I was just telling my hygienist that this was the only dentistry that I don’t get nervous to go to. Most dentists is went too they were just more painful to deal with in my mouth. But I don’t know how, but the people here are so gentile, even if I have an issue that made sure to treat it gently and show me how to floss or brush better in that area. I have no clue how they all remember the little details of our life that they want to talk with us when we see them only twice a year. It still astounds me. When they even offer their prayers for us it made me feel so grateful for all of them. This dentist is legitimately like no other, in the best way.

Mall of Georgia dentistry is the only dental office I will ever go to. They do a great job every time!

Dr. V and the staff are the best! I've been a patient for 10 years and have never been to another practice that compares. I live an hour away and still travel to Mall of Georgia Dentistry! Dr. Vancil truly loves teeth and people and it shows. He will take the time to educate you on your dental situation and never makes you feel rushed. I had a very good experience at my dental appointment. Aimee was my dental Hygenist and she was very detail oriented and explained all the procedures very well. Even though it was the first time I met her she made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I met Dr Vancil for the first time. He was also very friendly and did not push me to do unnecessary procedures. He explained the pros and cons of dental guards thoroughly. I am very impressed with the customer service of mall of Georgia. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a genuine honest and friendly dentistry service.

Based on my wife’s recommendation, made this first appointment to correct a broken and throbbing wisdom tooth. From initial office phone and text contact to follow up, this was the most positive dental experience I’ve had in over 30 years of seeing various dentists. Conveniently filled out necessary forms online in advance of office visit. Dr. Vancil was easy to talk to, clearly communicated options and discussed with me what was needed before proceeding, very skilled, practical, detailed professional and genuinely caring about how I felt during procedure. I was also impressed with office cleanliness and staff’s sterilization and infection control procedures in place.

Cynthia gave me the most gentle cleaning I’ve ever had in my entire life! Job well done! I’m so glad I have now met Dr. White! I am 100% pleased with both!!
