Front Office Team
Our front office team members are the first people you’ll meet when you come to our office. They’ll check you in and out of your visit, schedule your appointments, file your insurance, and process your payments.
I began my career in dentistry in 2001 and joined this office in 2012. The time I’ve spent here has been such a joy! We have an amazing work environment, outstanding patients, and a team that is like family.
My time outside the office is spent with my two Great Danes and practicing photography.
My goal since joining the practice in 2014 has been to ensure that our patients have the best dental experience possible by helping them feel more like family than a number. Dr. Vancil and our team truly care for every one of our patients. I love the family feel of our office. It’s not just a nine to five job; it’s a ministry.
I have been married to my husband Matt for 20 years and we have a son Eli and our fur baby Daisy. I love being with my family and friends, reading, traveling, working on crafts and projects around the house, and photography. We are also very involved at our church, Cross Pointe.
Although my college major was in English and most of my prior work experience had been in the fields of hospitality and leasing, I have learned so much since joining our dental team in 2012. We have the best team, the best patients, and the best boss in Dr. Vancil.
I enjoy several hobbies, including reading and crochet, and I love my 13-year-old calico cat, Penelope.
I worked with our previous dentist Dr. Jones since 1998 and was excited to continue on when Dr. Vancil purchased the practice in 2017. My experience as a dental assistant for almost 20 years has given me the knowledge to help our patients understand why their oral health is so important. We’re all so excited about dentistry and what it can do to change our patients’ lives.
I’ve been married to Scott for 20 years and we have two children, Jacob and Brooklyn. I love being involved in my kids’ activities in baseball and softball, and am a member of 12Stone Church.
Aimee and Tatyana provide preventive care and oral hygiene instruction to help our patients achieve and maintain a high level of oral health.
I love that my job enables me to get to know so many interesting people and help them improve their oral health. I focus on each patient’s oral health situation and finding the right home hygiene care solutions and routines for each individual’s needs.
I am married with two wonderful kids. My favorite thing to do with my free time is be with my family.
Helping people live a healthier life is my professional passion. It’s a pleasure to spend my days providing one-to-one oral hygiene care to amazing people. I love working with a team whose members are committed to providing exceptional care.
I’m happily married and have two amazing children. I enjoy outdoor activities, going to church, writing inspirational stories, and spending time with friends and family.
Britni and Solë act as Dr. Vancil’s sidekicks. They work in the lab, prepare operatories, make sure the proper instruments and materials are presented, and give the patient a great dental experience. They are both graduates of Gwinnett Technical College’s dental assisting program and love learning new ways to ensure our patients’ comfort.
My number-one goal is to provide the best dental care to our patients. I love seeing the smiles on their faces at the end of a successful dental appointment! I want patients to look forward to visits, enjoy the time here, and leave with a smile on their face.
I was born in Germany and raised in Gwinnett County, where I graduated from Gwinnett Tech. I am currently attending Georgia Gwinnett College and majoring in chemistry. When I have free time, I love spending it with family and friends and traveling to new places.
The best part of my job is getting to interact with so many people: getting to know them while helping them get the care they need for their teeth. Our team is so passionate about patient care and we treat each other like family!
I’m Mexican American, born into a family of seven, and my pet bird that loves to sing keeps me very entertained. I also enjoy eating donuts and pizza while watching “Star Wars.”
