I have to give it to Dr. Vancil and staff. Their bedside manner, willingness to help out in a jam and thoroughness in the solution are services that you just don't see in today's "me first" world. Dr. Vancil is a trip and his staff make the appointment more of a fun social call. Can't say enough good things about this practice. I can speak from experience because my dad was a dentist many years ago.

If you're looking for a dentist office that's family-oriented and extremely kind, then this is the place for you. I have had so so many awful experiences with dentists and their staff... Dr. Vancil and his staff are one-of-a-kind. It's not just "Sit, lets get this done." It's "How are you and are you comfortable?". And they really want to know! You will actually catch yourself laughing (YES, laughing) IN a Dentist office. If I must (and we all do) go to the dentist, then Dr. Vancil is the ONLY one I'll go to. Most of my family feels the same exact way.
